Shipping & Handling:
We use plenty of dry ice and a reusable, insulated cooler - a packaging combination that will insure your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition. As you finalize your order, the appropriate shipping and handling charge will be applied. Our shipping and handling rates are based on the following delivery options:
FedEx Ground (Florida businesses only) – Orders can be placed Monday through Sunday. All orders will be delivered in 2-3 business days. (Orders that are placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday of the following week)*see shipping chart for delivery details
FedEx Home Delivery (Florida residences only) - Orders can be placed Monday through Sunday. All orders will be delivered in 2-3 business days. (Orders that are placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday of the following week) *see shipping chart for delivery details
FedEx 2Day – (All states east of the Mississippi River) Orders can be placed Monday through Sunday. All orders will be delivered in 3-5 business days. There is an additional charge of $55.00 for this service. This additional charge covers 2 shipping containers. *see shipping chart for delivery details
FedEx 2Day – (All states west of the Mississippi River) Orders can be placed Monday through Sunday. All orders will be delivered in 3-5 business days. There is an additional charge of $75.00 for this service. This additional charge covers 2 shipping containers. *see shipping chart for delivery details
FedEx Priority Overnight – Please call customer service toll free at 1-800-497-3810 to schedule this service.
* FedEx 2Day rate = One shipping charge for every two shipping containers per address.
To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We'll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
Returns/Exchanges:
If for any reason you are not a 100% satisfied with our product, call our office at 1-800-497-3810. Have packing slip ready when you call. Returns must be authorized within 10 days of receipt.
Lost or Damaged Merchandise:
All damage returns MUST be authorized by our Customer Service Department within 5 business days.
